Rothschild Memorial Sanctuary | Our Main Sanctuary, dedicated in perpetuity at the time of the merger with Temple Beth El, was named by Jacob Rothschild in honor of his family. It has a seating capacity in pews up to 500 people. The Sanctuary has a front bimah housing the Ark and a center readers table from which the Torah is read. Shabbat and holiday services are held in the Rothschild Sanctuary. On Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur the moveable walls are opened and seating is set up for over 1800 people. It is a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies under the custom design needlepoint Chuppah that was designed by Elsa Wachs and hand crafted by women in our Sisterhood.

Holocaust Memorial Chapel | the Holocaust Memorial Chapel dedicated by the Ressler family in memory of their family members and all others who suffered and died at the hands of the Nazis, is a peaceful and intimate space for prayer, study and smaller gatherings. The chapel has seating capacity up to 140 seats with doors that open out to a beautiful garden patio. It houses the memorial plaques that have been dedicated by our congregants in memory of family members. Daily minyan, Kabbalat Shabbat Friday night services, Havurah, youth and family Shabbat services are held here on alternative weeks.

Cherry Auditorium | The Cherry Auditorium, originally dedicated by Walter and Leah Cherry in 1968 and recently refurbished and rededicated by their children and grandchildren, is our large banquet facility for celebrations and special programs and events. It can be reserved for private celebrations such as Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and other life cycle celebrations. The Auditorium is equipped with a performance stage and accommodates over 300 seated with a dance floor and over 400 for a performance/speaker.

Coslov Auditorium | The Coslov-Freudenheim Auditorium was dedicated by Michael and Debbie Coslov in memory of their parents. This auditorium housed in the restored mansion building is a lovely venue for smaller gatherings and celebrations. The original leaded glass and stained glass windows have all been refurbished adding original charm and warmth to this space.

Sisterhood Gift Shop | Located in the main lobby carries a beautiful selection of Judaica and gifts for children and adults. Kippot, Talit and special orders can be arranged through the gift shop. The shop is staffed by members of our Sisterhood with all proceeds coming back to the synagogue.

The Library 

The Dina Goldstone Memorial Garden | This outdoor garden sanctuary was dedicated by the Goldstone Family in memory of Dina Goldstone. It is a tranquil area for outdoor services, children’s gathering and quiet reflection.

The Joey Fischer and Marlene Fischer Perry Meditation Garden | This pond-garden area was dedicated by the Lodish-Spitz Family in memory of their sister and brother. In season the pond area is beautifully planted and the fish pond is stocked as a area for peaceful meditation and rest. It is a popular area for family photos in honor of celebrations.

The Children’s and Toddler’s Playground | the newly refurbished state of the art facility is a large and child-friendly enclosed area for adult supervised play and exploration. Within the playground area are picnic areas, and flower beds planted by the classes in our Early Childhood Center.
