As a counselor at Camp Ramah Darom I had the opportunity to partake in woodworking which was my quiet time activity away from the campers. For one summer project I created an Omer counter that my mother and father use every year. Creating the board was a way to partake in Hiddur Mitzvah, beautifying a mitzvah, that I felt was under practiced. Now that we have some time I encourage you to all create and send us photos of your homemade Omer counter! Whether it is raisins in marshmallows or beads on a necklace post it to our Facebook page! Can't wait to see the creativity.

Yellow Yom Hashoah Candles are available for pickup at the TBH-BH entrance on Friday and Sunday morning from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. These will be used during our communal Yom Hashoah ceremony. First come first serve. Please take one.
