Synagogue Updates

Shabbat Shalom,

I hope that you read Rabbi Witkovsky's email earlier this week about the heat. Please let me know if there is any support that the community can give to you. We are entering the sweet spot of the summer where life is a little more relaxed and slow paced - fewer programs, kiddush is a little lighter and smaller, less meetings, and a lot more planning for the upcoming year. This just makes the programs we are planning much more special. Please join us for the Phillies game, Rabbi's Class, Mama Mac and Whiskey Jam in the next few weeks. 

Starting tonight, we will have candles in the lobby between 2 - 6pm for you to stop by to light for Shabbat.  Make us a stop on your night to light candles and you can join us at 6:00pm for services.

Tonight, Kabbalat Shabbat will be in the Holocaust Memorial Chapel and Chapel Patio.  Please join Hazzan Rosner and Rabbi Witkovsky as we begin Shabbat this evening. 

Thank you to everyone that joined us on Tuesday for Rabbi Witkovsky's class. We are working on our hybrid presentation and will continue tweaking it. For those interested, here is the recording of the first class.
